Description

  • Concentrated freeze-dried starter cultures for directly using.
  • Optimized combinations of selected strains – Мicrococcus, no pathogenic Staphylococcus, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus.
  • Certified by the Ministry of Health. It is proved that they do not possess pathogenic and toxic qualities.
  • Activity – the number of viable active cells is minimum 1 x 1010 CFU per gram.
  • The strains are isolated from Bulgarian traditional raw dried sausages, prepared according to old original recipes and technologies.
  • The strains are selected and chosen according to their biochemical characteristics and industrial qualities.
